Standard rate: $800 per night
Easter long weekend: $1200 per night
Christmas / New Year Period: $1600 per night
Mid January: $1200 per night
Professional Cleaning Fee: $530 per stay
Linen hire: $240 (includes white cotton bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom floor mats, tea towels)
Baby and Toddlers: If required to make your stay easier we have the following available. Please enquire through Property Manager – Len.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
More than 14 days before arrival: You may cancel your reservation free of charge.
7 to 14 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will apply.
Within 48 hours of arrival, or in the case of a no-show: The full booking cost will be charged.
