This property was an incredible place to stay, with an amazing host who was very accommodating and worked hard to ensure clear communication which made the stay a breeze!

The views at this property are incredible with absolutely spectacular sunrises over the water. The property easily fits the full 11 people from our group and had plenty of entertainment options for everyone between the streaming services on the tv, the pool room (pool table and dart board) and multitudes of board games on hand.

The furniture was stylish and functional giving seperate living areas and plenty of table space, with the full 11 being able to sit outside on the one table. The BBQ was a good addition and nothing better than Barbecuing with that view! The location is prime with quick access to most places in nelson’s bay and a short drive to anywhere else.

I would recommend this property to anybody hosting a group and thank Len for his hospitality.

This is a beautiful house, sparkling clean and a great space for families. My two teenage children had a great time playing pool, had their own space to chill out with stable wifi, and us adults loved sitting on the balcony with a wine.

The view is stunning and the flowers were a lovely touch. The bathrooms all had great products, the coffee was lovely and the beds were all very comfortable. You are only five minutes from the town centre, beach and the marina. Len was a very gracious host, terrific communicator and has every reason to be very proud of the property.

I highly recommend this house, especially for families with kids that are a little older as there is space, Netflix, a games room with darts and a pool table, and plenty of activities close by. We had a lovely family holiday at this house.

This house is fantastic! The house is on the hill so it has amazing views from the living rooms, kitchen and the main bedroom!

The house is newly renovated and the furniture looks brand new. It is very spacious, sparkling clean and has fast wifi and everything you need. Len is a very responsive host. The communication is super easy and he told us there was a music show during our visit, that is very lovely of him!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again!
